Finnish food development meets machine builder

The commissioning work at the Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) was successfully completed by ENTEX Rust & Mitschke GmbH from Germany. During this time, their mission was to carry out a food extrusion on the smallest Planetary Roller Extruder, a laboratory scale system of the type L-WE 30. Due to the unique properties of our Planetary Roller Extruder, they had a wide range of technical process options for implementing food reactions in continuous extrusion processes.
