Society of Plastics Engineers, Vinyl Division awards ENTEX Engineer

The ENTEX-Team has managed to earn the Best Paper award for 2021 Vinyltec.  We would like to congratulate Mr. Michael W. Batton (pictured on the right) on this extraordinary achievement and on his excellent presentation on the advantages of the Planetary Roller Extruder in PVC processing. The Society of Plastics Engineers Vinyl Division presents Gold Recognition Award to Overseas Sales Director and Process Engineer Michael W. Batton for the SPE Vinyltec 2021’s Best Technical Paper “PVC Extrusion with Planetary Roller Extruder” at this year’s Vinyltec 2022.

  • Excursion by the University of Wuppertal

    As part of an excursion in December 2025, students from the University of Wuppertal (Bergische Universität Wuppertal - BUW), led by guest lecturer Dr. Michael Kroh from Vorwerk, visited ENTEX in Bochum. The informal aim was to learn about the Planetary Roller Extruder and its areas of application. They were accompanied by our colleagues Marc Waffenschmidt and Thomas Malzahn.
