Women power at ENTEX
Marie Kluitmann recently joined ENTEX Rust & Mitschke GmbH in Bochum as a process engineer. She already worked for the extruder specialist as a student and completed her master's thesis: - ππ€π’ππͺπ―π¨ πͺπ―π·π¦π΄π΅πͺπ¨π’π΅πͺπ°π―π΄ π°π― π±ππ’π―π¦π΅π’π³πΊ π³π°πππ¦π³ π¦πΉπ΅π³πΆπ₯π¦π³π΄ πΆπ΄πͺπ―π¨ π±π°ππΊπ±π³π°π±πΊππ¦π―π¦ π’π΄ π€π’π΄π¦ - with a specialisation in energy and process engineering. During the tests in the ENTEX technical centre, she is actively supported by Stefani Napiersky, the worker in the technical centre, and Dipl.-Ing. Siegfried LΓΌchtefeld in the function of a mentor.

On 19 January 2026, Sebastian Rust, CEO of ENTEX Rust & Mitschke GmbH, bid farewell to his employee Michael Batton as he entered his well-deserved retirement. He was happy to do so on behalf of the entire workforce.
Excursion by the University of Wuppertal
As part of an excursion in December 2025, students from the University of Wuppertal (Bergische UniversitΓ€t Wuppertal - BUW), led by guest lecturer Dr. Michael Kroh from Vorwerk, visited ENTEX in Bochum. The informal aim was to learn about the Planetary Roller Extruder and its areas of application. They were accompanied by our colleagues Marc Waffenschmidt and Thomas Malzahn.
